At Attuned Care, we offer safe, engaging, and flexible Day Options across two welcoming hubs and a unique Life on the farm experience, all designed to support growth, connection, and well-being.

Our Christies Beach hub provides a vibrant, coastal setting ideal for community access, creative programs, life skills development, and small group activities.

Across both locations, participants receive tailored support to suit their individual needs, including:

  • 1:1 support within a group setting

  • Individualised daily schedules

  • Capacity-building and skill development

  • Creative arts and cooking activities

  • Social skill development

  • Supported community access and outings

We focus on creating meaningful experiences that help each person

build confidence, develop independence, and stay connected in a

Life on the Farm offers a unique, hands-on experience where participants can connect with nature, build practical skills, and enjoy meaningful time outdoors across our two farm locations.

This program is designed to support independence, confidence, and well-being through real-life activities in a relaxed, supportive environment. Participants can engage at their own pace while being guided by experienced support staff.

Activities may include:

  • Feeding and caring for animals

  • Gardening and outdoor maintenance

  • Farm-based routines and responsibilities

  • Sensory and nature-based experiences

  • Teamwork and social interaction

With access to two different farm settings, participants benefit from a variety of experiences, environments, and opportunities to learn. Life on the Farm is ideal for those who enjoy being outdoors, working with animals, and developing practical, everyday skills in a calm and engaging space.
