The Hub

Centre-based Day Options

Located in Meadows in the Adelaide Hills is our community based day options facility affectionately named 'The Hub' by our participants.

​

At the Hub, we individualise each day for every participant, providing activities in areas such as cooking, arts, life skills and community engagement. With our team, you'll be able to develop your skills and work towards your NDIS goals in a variety of ways.

​

Through the development of knowledge, skills, and social networks, learning and growth is facilitated in many different ways to foster independence and support individuals to cope with their day-to-day life.

Our participants that attend our day option hub also get to experience everything our farm network has to offer when we do our day visits including:

Farm-based Day Options

Located from the Adelaide Hills to the Fleurieu Peninsula in southern Adelaide, Attuned Care’s special interest support services, provide a farm-based approach to day options at our Farm Network locations.

 

Activities provided at our farm network locations are centred around the day-to-day management of the farm, such as animal care, gardening and farm maintenance, with non-farm specific tasks such as sensory artwork and cooking interspersed between utilising our Hub location at Meadows.

The Attuned Care team offers Adventure, Recreational, and Special Interest Activity Support to help our participants explore their hobbies and learn new skills in a personalised manner as they explore their passions and interest areas.


Our goal is to work together closely with participants and stakeholders as we explore opportunities to facilitate this within your local community, and together we will find ways to make it a reality.
