Conceived in 2020 the concept behind Attuned Care was born from a lack of community access services in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, as well as an implicit need to develop new ways to facilitate community access for those living with a disability in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Backed by extensive experience in community disability and mental health support, we at Attuned Care are dedicated to supporting individuals to achieve their goals, connect with others and choose their own direction through life.

We aim to achieve this by providing support services tailored to the wants and needs of the people we support, and through doing so help those we support achieve a life of fulfilment.
