What is SIL (Supported Independent Living)
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a type of NDIS support that helps you live in your own home with the right level of assistance for your needs. It’s designed for people who need regular or 24/7 help with everyday tasks, but still want to enjoy the freedom and independence of their own space.
Whether you live in a shared home or by yourself, SIL can include support with things like personal care, cooking, cleaning, taking medication, or building your daily living skills.
